乡村振兴战略背景下,具有新理念、新思维和新技术的新农人是推动农业农村现代化的中流砥柱。经济活动依赖于一定的社会环境,与乡村社会的“水土不服”导致新农村创新创业过程中面临市场经济逻辑与乡村生产模式脱节、外来精英群体与熟人关系网络脱节的理念困境和人力资源、土地资源、公共资源等资源困境。新农人需要扎根乡土,从结构、资本、文化和政治等多维度嵌入到乡村社会,才能实现创新创业目标。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,new farmers with new ideas,new thinking and new technology are the mainstay of promoting agricultural and rural modernization.Economic activities depend on a certain social environment,and the"acclimatization"of rural society leads to the conceptual dilemma and resource dilemma of human resources,land resources,public resources and other resources in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship in new rural areas,such as the disconnection of market economy logic and rural production model,the disconnection of foreign elite groups and acquaintance networks.New farmers need to take root in the countryside and embed into rural society from multiple dimensions,such as structure,capital,culture and politics,in order to achieve the goal of innovation and entrepreneurship.
