摘要
以二维Cu-MOF为前体,在马弗炉中直接加热至300℃制备了片状CuO,并用多种技术对其表征,将其用于活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)降解左氧氟沙星(LVF)抗生素污染物,优化了CuO的制备条件及PMS的活化条件.在优化条件下反应20 min,CuO/PMS体系可去除88.1%的LVF,CuO可重复利用.机理研究表明,催化反应过程中CuO表面的Cu^(2+)部分转化为Cu+,实现了Cu+/Cu^(2+)的循环.CuO/PMS体系中的主要活性中间体为SO·^(-)_(4),·OH和1O_(2),它们均参与LVF降解;采用HPLC-MS技术检出了17种降解中间产物,提出了LVF的降解途径.除LVF外,CuO/PMS体系可有效去除染料(罗丹明B、孔雀石绿)和其他抗生素(环丙沙星、培氟沙星)等污染物,具有普遍适用性.
Flake-like CuO was prepared from two-dimensional Cu-MOF as a precursor by directly heating Cu-MOF to 300℃.It was characterized by various technologies and used to activate the PMS for degrading levofloxacin(LVF).Its preparation and its use for PMS activation were optimized.Under the optimized conditions,88.1%of LVF was removed in the CuO/PMS system after 20 min reaction.The CuO catalyst can be repeatedly used.The mechanism study indicated the conversion of Cu^(2+)to Cu+during catalytic reaction realizing the cycle of Cu+/Cu^(2+).The main active species for the degradation of LVF in the CuO/PMS system were SO·^(-)_(4),·OH and 1O 2.During catalytic degradation process,seventeen degradation intermediates of LVE were identified by HPLC-MS.Based on this,the degradation pathway of LVE was proposed.Except LEV,the CuO/PMS can effectively remove toxic dyes,such as rhodamine B and malachite green,and other antibiotics,such as ciprofloxacin and pefloxacin,indicating its good universality.
