工作压力对幼儿教师生活满意度的影响:基于自我效能感和领悟社会支持的作用 被引量:6

The Influence of Work Stress on Life Satisfaction of Preschool Teachers:Based on the Role of Self-efficacy and Understanding of Social Support

摘要 采用问卷调查法,对259名幼儿教师进行调查,探讨工作压力对幼儿教师生活满意度的影响以及自我效能感和领悟社会支持在二者关系中的作用。结果显示:工作压力负向预测幼儿教师的生活满意度;自我效能感在幼儿教师工作压力和生活满意度之间起部分中介作用;领悟社会支持调节了幼儿教师工作压力和生活满意度的关系。相对于高领悟社会支持的幼儿教师,工作压力对低领悟社会支持幼儿教师生活满意度的影响更为显著。因此,幼儿教师要提高生活满意度,除了要减轻工作压力外,也要增强自我效能感,多一些社会支持度,并提升其领悟社会支持水平。 By questionnaire survey,259 preschool teachers were investigated to explore the influence of work stress on life satisfaction of preschool teachers and the role of self-efficacy and perceived social support in the relationship between them.The results show:Work stress negatively predicts the life satisfaction of preschool teachers;Self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between work stress and life satisfaction of preschool teachers;Understanding of social support regulates the relationship between preschool teachers’work stress and life satisfaction.Compared with preschool teachers with high perceptive social support,the influence of work stress on life satisfaction of preschool teachers with low perceptive social support is more significant.Therefore,in order to improve the life satisfaction of preschool teachers,not only their work stress needs to be reduced,but their sense of self-efficacy needs to be improved.They should be given more social support,and their understanding of social support should be advanced.
