北京市院外急救反应时间分析

Analysis of response time of pre-hospital emergency in Beijing

目的通过对北京市院外急救反应时间的统计分析,总结规律,寻求缩短急救反应时间的方法。方法收集2021年1月1日—12月31日每日平均急救反应时间,按照周一至周日进行分组,采用秩和检验的方法分析周一至周五与周六周日的急救反应时间是否存在差异。结果北京市院外急救反应时间周一至周五与周六周日存在差异;周一至周五无差异;周六与周日无差异。结论推动院外急救体系建设,多手段缩短急救反应时间,提升院外急救服务能力,满足百姓的院外急救服务需求。

Objective To investigate the differences in emergency response time in the weekdays and weekend public holidays so as to seek ways to shorten the response time and improve the success rate of rescue.Methods The average daily emergency response times from January 1 to December 312021,not a leap year,were collected.These 365 figures were divided into 7 groups according to the name of the day in the week.Rank sum test was used to analyze whether there was a significant difference in the length of emergency response time between any 2 days.Pairwise comparisons were carried out between any 2 groups of weekdays and between any weekday and public holiday.Results There were not significant differences in emergency response time between any 2 weekdays and the 2 weekend public holidays(all P>0.05).The emergency response times of Saturday and Sunday were both significantly shorter than those of any weekday(all P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency response time of weekend public holidays is significantly shorter.It is necessary to alleviate the traffic congestion and strengthen the allocation of emergency resources.
