膝单髁置换术治疗前交叉韧带缺失的前内侧膝骨关节炎的研究进展

Research progress of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty for anteromedial osteoarthritis with anterior cruciate ligament deficiency

膝单髁置换术(UKA)以其独到的优势在膝骨关节炎阶梯治疗中发挥着重要作用,自其问世以来,其适应证的扩展一直在不断地探索中。有些禁区已被解封,有些正面临挑战。近年来越来越多的研究者对前交叉韧带缺失(ACLD)患者进行UKA,有的研究者得出了其短期临床疗效与前交叉韧带完整的UKA无明显不同,而有的研究者对此持反对意见。本文从生物运动力学角度并结合实际临床疗效总结对UKA治疗ACLD的研究进展进行综述,为指导临床实际应用提供参考。

Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA)plays an important role in the stepwise treatment of knee osteoarthritis due to its unique advantages.The expansion of its indications has been continuously explored since it came out.Some have been unsealed,and others are facing challenges.In recent years,UKA has been used in more anterior cruciate ligament deficiency(ACLD)patients.Some researches showed that short-term clinical outcome of UKA in ACLD patients is not significantly different from that in patients with intact anterior cruciate ligament,while some have objections to this.In this review,we summarized whether ACLD patients can undergo UKA surgery from the perspective of biomechanics and clinical outcomes.
