高职院校承担着培养服务区域经济社会发展的高素质高技能人才、能工巧匠和大国工匠的重任。高职院校开展劳动教育,有助于学生工匠精神的培养与全面发展,也有助于学生高质量就业。新时代的劳动教育,在理念上应重视培养学生正确的劳动价值观、创新的思维与健全的人格,以促进学生的全面发展;在方法上应注重单独设课与渗透教学的有机结合,坚持综合实施,形成协同育人格局;在评价上,应健全多样化的劳动教育评价制度,构建高职院校的“大劳动”教育新格局。

Higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality and highly skilled talents,skilled artisans,and great national craftsmen,who serve the regional economic and social development.Carrying out labor education in higher vocational colleges is conducive to students’craftsmanship spirit cultivation,overall development and their high-quality employment.In the concept of labor education in the new era,attention should be paid to cultivating students’correct labor values,innovative thinking,and sound personality to promote their all-round development.In terms of methods,attention should be paid to the organic combination of separate courses and infiltration teaching,adhere to comprehensive implementation,and form a collaborative education pattern.In terms of evaluation,it is necessary to improve diversified labor education evaluation systems and build a new pattern of“big labor”education in higher vocational colleges.
