摘要
人力资源管理是中小企业管理的重要手段。对其加以法律风险防控,既是落实全面依法治国方略的重要一环,也是中小企业可持续发展的必然要求,更是劳动者生存权与发展权的重要保障。当前,我国中小企业人力资源管理普遍存在法律风险防控意识较弱、防控机制不健全等问题。为了促进中小企业稳步发展,必须完善中小企业人力资源管理法律风险防控机制,强化中小企业对人力资源管理法律风险的防控意识。
Human resources management is an important means of small and medium-sized enterprise management.Legal risk prevention and control is not only an important part of implementing the overall strategy of governing the country according to law,but also an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises,as well as an important guarantee for workers’right to survival and development.At present,the human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China generally has problems such as weak in legal risk prevention and control awareness,and imperfect in prevention and control mechanism.In order to promote the steady development of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is necessary to improve the prevention and control mechanism of legal risks in human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and strengthen the legal risk prevention and control awareness in human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
