岭南陈氏针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Lingnan CHEN's Acupuncture

目的:观察岭南陈氏针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(PLID)的临床疗效。方法:将番禺区中心医院2020年1月至2021年3月收治的120例PLID患者,随机分配至对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例)。对照组患者予传统针法治疗,治疗组患者予岭南陈氏针法治疗。对比两组治疗前后症状体征积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者症状体征评分、VAS评分均下降(P<0.05),JOA评分上升(P<0.05),且治疗组症状体征评分和VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:岭南陈氏针法治疗PLID具有更佳的临床疗效和应用优势,其机制可能是精准辨证后的取穴与长效的生物刺激、化学刺激和长期保持良性应激效应等,对PLID患者起到了良好的镇痛作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingnan CHEN's acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(PLID).Methods:A total of 120 patients with PLID admitted to Panyu Central Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases).The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Lingnan CHEN's acupuncture.The symptom scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores and VAS scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the JOA scores increased(P<0.05).Moreover,the symptom scores and VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the JOA scores were higher(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lingnan CHEN's acupuncture has better clinical efficacy and application advantages in the treatment of PLID.The mechanism may be related to accurate identification of acupoints after differentiation of syndromes,long-lasting biological and chemical stimulation,and long-term maintenance of benign stress response,which play a good analgesic effect on PLID patients.
