摘要
目的探讨p53蛋白在乳腺癌不同病理学特征患者中的表达及其与不同病理学特征的相关性。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2022年6月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的80例乳腺癌患者的临床资料。采用免疫组化检测乳腺癌组织(浸润性导管癌、浸润性小叶癌、具有髓样特征的癌、黏液癌及导管原位癌)及癌旁正常组织中p53蛋白的表达水平,分析p53蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者不同病理学特征(肿瘤大小、分子亚型、淋巴结转移及组织学分级)的关系;通过Spearman秩相关分析p53蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、组织学分级的相关性。结果p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);p53蛋白阳性表达及阴性表达中年龄、肿瘤大小、分子亚型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),p53蛋白阳性表达中淋巴结转移、组织学分级Ⅲ级占比高于p53蛋白阴性表达(P<0.05);经Spearman秩相关性分析显示,淋巴结转移、组织学分级与p53蛋白阳性表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与p53蛋白阴性表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,其水平与乳腺癌的组织学分级、淋巴结转移相关。
Objective To explore the expression of p53 protein in different pathological features of breast cancer patients and its correlation with different pathological features.Methods The clinical data of 80 breast cancer patients treated in Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of p53 protein in breast cancer tissue(invasive ductal carcinoma,invasive lobular carcinoma,carcinoma with medullary features,mucinous carcinoma,ductal carcinoma in situ)and adjacent normal tissue,and the relationship between p53 protein expression and different pathological features(tumor size,molecular subtype,lymph node metastasis,histological grade)of breast cancer patients were analyzed.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between p53 protein expression and lymph node metastasis and histological grade.Results The positive expression rate of p53 protein in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,tumor size and molecular subtype between p53 protein positive expression and p53 protein negative expression(P>0.05).The proportion of lymph node metastasis and histological gradeⅢin p53 protein positive expression were higher than that in p53 protein negative expression(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that lymph node metastasis and histological grade were significantly positively correlated with p53 protein positive expression(P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with p53 protein negative expression(P>0.05).Conclusion p53 protein is highly expressed in breast cancer tissue,and its level is related to the histological grade and lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer.
