肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的相关影响因素及与生活质量的关系研究

Research on related influencing factors of cancer-induced fatigue and the relationship with quality of life in patients with lung cancer

目的:探讨肺癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)的相关影响因素及其与生活质量的关系。方法:采用便利抽样方法选择2019年1月—2020年8月收治的86例肺癌患者为研究对象,分析肺癌患者CRF状况、相关影响因素及其与生活质量的关系。结果:86例肺癌患者的Piper疲乏修正量表(PFS)评分为(5.57±1.12)分,处于中度疲乏;年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、临床分期、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分、白细胞计数、睡眠状况是影响肺癌患者CRF的高危因素(P<0.05);肺癌患者的肺癌治疗功能评价系统(FACT-L)评分为(56.32±3.14)分,与PFS评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者处于中度疲乏状态,其与年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、临床分期、HADS评分、白细胞计数、睡眠状况密切相关。

Objective:To investigate the related influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with lung cancer and the relationship with the quality of life.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 86 patients with lung cancer admitted to hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 as the research objects.The CRF status of lung cancer patients,related influencing factors and their relationship with quality of life were collected and analyzed.Results:The piper fatigue modified scale(PFS)score of 86 patients with lung cancer was(5.57±1.12)points,and they were moderately fatigued.Age,education level,family monthly income,clinical stage,hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),white blood cell count,and sleep status were high-risk factors affecting CRF in lung cancer patients(P<0.05).The evaluation system of therapeutic function of lung cancer patients(FACT-L)score of lung cancer patients was(56.32±3.14)points,which was negatively correlated with the PFS score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with lung cancer are in a state of moderate fatigue,which is closely related to age,education level,family monthly income,clinical stage,HADS score,white blood cell count,and sleep status.
