玻璃苣泡腾片抗疲劳作用机制的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃苣泡腾片对疲劳小鼠模型的作用及作用机制。方法:将48只昆明小鼠(KM)随机分为空白对照组,益康胶囊阳性对照组,诺迪康胶囊阳性对照组,玻璃苣泡腾片高、中、低治疗组,灌胃给药,每日1次,连续14天,给药期间,各组小鼠每3天进行1次15min的被动游泳训练。末次给药结束后,取小鼠肝脏组织和眼球血,测量血浆中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸(LA)、尿素氮(BUN)水平以及肝脏中肝糖原含量。结果:玻璃苣泡腾片能够增加模型小鼠血浆中LDH的活性,提高模型小鼠肝脏中糖原的含量,同时降低模型小鼠血浆中LA、BUN的含量。结论:玻璃苣泡腾片通过有效激发疲劳小鼠模型血浆中LDH的活性,提高肝脏中糖原的含量,以维持运动后的血糖水平。通过降低运动中模型小鼠血浆中LA、BUN的代谢物累积,提高运动的耐力,从而达到抗疲劳的治疗目的。 Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Borage officinalis L.effervescent tablet on fatigue mouse model.Methods:A total of 48 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group,Yikang capsule positive control group,Nodikang capsule positive control group,and high,medium and low treatment groups of Borage officinalis L.effervescent tablet.The mice were given the drug intragastric once a day for 14 days.During the administration,the mice in each group were subjected to 15min passive swimming training once every 3 days.At the end of the last administration,the liver tissue and eyeball blood were collected to measure the levels of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),lactic acid(LA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in plasma and liver glycogen content.Results:The activity of LDH in the plasma and the content of glycogen in the liver of the model mice were increased,while the contents of LA and BUN in the plasma of the model mice were decreased.Conclusion:Borago officinalis L.effervescent tablet can effectively stimulate the activity of LDH in the plasma of the fatigue mouse model and increase the content of glycogen in the liver to maintain the blood glucose level after exercise.By reducing the accumulation of LA and BUN metabolites in the plasma of model mice during exercise,the exercise tolerance is improved,so as to achieve the therapeutic purpose of anti-fatigue.
