布拉氏酵母菌对肺炎支原体患儿免疫功能影响的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of the Effects of Saccharomyces Burra on Immune Function in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

目的:探讨布拉氏酵母菌对肺炎支原体患儿免疫功能影响。方法:60例肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组应用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性指标、T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白水平。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。出院后6个月,观察组CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后6个月,观察组细胞免疫指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后6个月,观察组IgA、IgG、IgM均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌治疗MPP的临床效果较好,患儿治疗后炎症反应明显缓解,自身免疫屏障持续性恢复,布拉氏酵母菌治疗方案能为患儿疾病的康复创造有利环境,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces Blarni on immune function of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods:60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with saccharomycete Blarra on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory indices,T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Six months after discharge,CRP,IL-6 and PCT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after discharge,the cellular immune indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after discharge,IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment of MPP by yeast Brassica is good,the inflammatory response is significantly alleviated after treatment,and the autoimmune barrier is continuously restored.The treatment of yeast Brassica can create a favorable environment for the recovery of the disease of children,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
