自催化乙醇法玉米秸皮浆的制备及其性能

摘要 以纸张耐破度、耐折度、撕裂度、抗张强度以及浆料的白度和粗得浆率为指标,通过对保温温度、保温时间、乙醇体积分数以及液比的优化,考察了玉米秸皮对自催化乙醇法制浆的适应性,同时考察了增强剂对该浆料的抄纸性能的影响。结果表明,玉米秸皮适于自催化乙醇法制浆,制浆最优条件为保温温度180℃,液比1∶8,乙醇体积分数50%,保温时间100 min;阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺以及羧甲基纤维素均可以改善玉米秸皮自催化乙醇法浆料的抄纸强度,其中羧甲基纤维素的使用可使纸张性能达到牛皮纸一等品的要求。 With bursting,folding,tearing,tensile strength of paper,and brightness and yield of coarse pulp as indicators,conditional parameters,including holding temperature,holding time,ethanol volume fraction and solid-to-liquid ratio were optimized.The adaptability of corn stalk husk to autocatalytic ethanol pulping process was investigated.The effect of strength enhancing agents on the properties of paper from corn stalk husk pulp was studied.The results showed that corn stalk husk exhibited excellent adaptability to autocatalytic ethanol pulping process,and the optimum conditions for pulping were as the followings:holding temperature of 180℃,liquor ratio of 1∶8,ethanol volume fraction of 50%,and holding time of 100 min.The cationic starch,cationic polyacrylamide,sand carboxymethyl cellulose could improve the strength of paper from corn stalk auto-catalytic ethanol pulp.The properties of the paper with addition of carboxymethylcellulose could meet the requirements of the first grade kraft paper.
