血清miR-155、GATA3与寻常型银屑病患者Th1/Th2平衡、PASI评分的相关性

Correlation of serum miR⁃155 and GATA3 with Th1/Th2 balance and PASI score in patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的 分析血清microRNA-155(miR-155)、GATA结合蛋白-3(GATA-3)水平与寻常型银屑病患者Th1/Th2平衡、PASI评分的相关性。方法 选取2017年8月至2021年8月于阜南县人民医院治疗的107例寻常型银屑病患者的临床资料,将其设为研究组,另选取82名同时间段进行健康体检者作为对照组。比较研究组与对照组、不同病情程度患者miR-155、GATA3水平以及Th1/Th2;分析血清miR-155、GATA3水平与Th1/Th2平衡、PASI评分的相关性。结果 研究组miR-155、Th1/Th2高于对照组,GATA3水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-155、Th1/Th2水平:重度组>中度组>轻度组,GATA3水平:重度组<中度组<轻度组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,miR-155与Th1/Th2平衡、PASI评分呈正相关(r=0.651、0.563,P<0.05),GATA3与Th1/Th2平衡、PASI评分呈负相关(r=-0.586、-0.612,P<0.05)。结论 miR-155、GATA3水平在寻常型银屑病患者中有着不同的表达,同时,miR-155、GATA3水平与Th1/Th2平衡、PASI评分存在一定的相关性,可为临床病情诊断提供参考。

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum microRNA⁃155(miR⁃155),GATA⁃binding protein⁃3(GATA⁃3)levels and Th1/Th2 balance,PASI score in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods The clinical data of 107 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were set as the study group,another 82 subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of miR⁃155,GATA3 and Th1/Th2 between the study group and the control group were compared,and the patients with different disease degrees were also compared;the correlation between serum miR⁃155,GATA3 levels and Th1/Th2 balance,PASI score was analyzed.Results The levels of miR⁃155 and Th1/Th2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of GATA3 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).MiR⁃155,Th1/Th2:severe group>moderate group>mild group,GATA3 level:severe group<moderate group<mild group,the differences among three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that miR⁃155 was positively correlated with Th1/Th2 balance and PASI score(r=0.651,0.563,P<0.05),while GATA3 was negatively correlated with Th1/Th2 balance and PASI score(r=-0.586,-0.612,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of miR⁃155 and GATA3 had different expressions in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.At the same time,the levels of miR⁃155 and GATA3 had a certain correlation with Th1/Th2 balance and PASI score,which could provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.
