枣仁安神胶囊联合酒石酸唑吡坦治疗失眠的疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with zolpidem tartrate in the treatment of insomnia

目的探讨枣仁安神胶囊联合酒石酸唑吡坦治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法收集医院就诊失眠患者53例,随机分成四组,分别为A组:枣仁安神胶囊(5粒/d)+酒石酸唑吡坦(5 mg/d);B组:枣仁安神胶囊模拟剂(5粒/d)+酒石酸唑吡坦(5 mg/d);C组:枣仁安神胶囊模拟剂(5粒/d)+酒石酸唑吡坦(10 mg/d);D组:枣仁安神胶囊(5粒/d)+酒石酸唑吡坦模拟剂(10 mg/d)。均睡前30 min服用。治疗4周。治疗前与治疗结束后均使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、大脑皮层电生理特征参数进行评估。结果四组治疗后ISI、PSQI及HAMA量表评分均低于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B、C、D三组治疗后HAMD量表评分均低于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ISI减分率:C组>A组>D组>B组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PSQI减分率:C组>A组>D组>B组,除B组与C组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HAMD减分率及HAMA减分率:组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);大脑皮层电生理特征参数:四组治疗前后数据均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论枣仁安神胶囊、唑吡坦以及枣仁安神胶囊联合唑吡坦对失眠症的治疗均有疗效,对改善焦虑、抑郁状况也有一定作用,但疗效之间无明显差异。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zaoren Anshen capsule combined with zolpidem tartrate in the treatment of insomnia.Methods A total of 60 insomnia patients were collected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine and Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine,and randomly divided into 4 groups.The group A was treated with Zaoren Anshen capsule+zolpidem tartrate(1/2 dose).The group B was treated with Zaoren Anshen capsule simulation agent+zolpidem tartrate(1/2 dose).The group C was treated with Zaoren Anshen capsule simulation agent+zolpidem tartrate(full dose).And the group D was treated with Zaoren Anshen capsule+zolpidem tartrate simulation agent.Zaoren Anshen capsule and its simulation agent 5 capsules/time,once/day.Zolpidem and its simulation agent 10mg/time,once/day,half dose of 5mg/time,once/day.The drugs were taken half an hour before sleep.The treatment was lasted for 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the insomnia severity index,insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton A nxiety Scale(HAMA),and cerebral cortex electrophysiological characteristic parameters were used both before and after the treatment.Results The ISI,PSQI,and HAMA scale scores after the treatment in four groups were lower than before the treatment,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD scale score was lower after the groups B,C and D than before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ISI reduction rate showed that the group C>A>D>B,and the difference was not significantly significant(P>0.05).PSQI reduction rate showed that the group C>A>D>B,except the differences between group B and C was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rest groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).The HAMD score rate and the HAMA score rate showed that there were no significant difference(P>0.05).Electrophysiological characteristic parameters of the cerebral cortex showed that there was no statistical difference between before and after treatment of the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zaoren Anshen capsule,zolpidem tartrate and Zaoren Anshen capsule combined zolpidem tartrate are effective in the treatment of insomnia and in improving anxiety and depression,but there is no obvious difference in efficacy.
