液氮冷冻治疗间隔时间对治疗跖疣疗效及复发率的影响

目的探讨液氮冷冻治疗间隔时间对治疗跖疣疗效和复发率的影响。方法收集2019年6月至2021年9月在本院皮肤科就诊的82例(196个疣体)跖疣患者的资料。采用随机数字表法将患者分成A组(92个疣体,41例)和B组(104个疣体,41例),两组患者均采用喷枪法冷冻治疗,冷冻范围一致,A组患者治疗间隔时间9~11 d,B组患者间隔时间16~18 d。治疗结束8周后,比较两组患者治疗疗效及复发率。结果A组患者在治疗2次及4次后的治愈率分别为(38.04%、59.78%),均明显高于B组的(24.03%、44.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者复发率为9.10%,B组患者复发率为10.87%,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论液氮冷冻治疗间隔最佳时间是9~11 d,间隔时间长短与复发率无明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy interval on the efficacy and recurrence rate of plantar warts.Methods The data of 82 patients(196 warts)with plantar warts in the dermatology department of Hangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2019 to September 2021 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into the group A(92 warts,41 cases)and the group B(104 warts,41 cases).The patients in both groups were treated with spray gun cryotherapy with the same freezing range.The treatment interval time of the group A was 9~11 days and that of the group B was 16-18 days.After 8 weeks of the treatment,the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rates of the group A after 2 and 4 times of treatment were(38.04%and 59.78%)respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the group B(24.03%and 44.23%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 9.10%in the group A and 10.87%in the group B.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The best interval of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy is 9~11 days,and there is no significant correlation between the interval time and the recurrence rate.
