类风湿性关节炎患者肌骨超声半定量评分与疾病活动度的相关性

目的探讨类风湿性关节炎患者肌骨超声半定量评分与疾病活动度的相关性。方法选取82例患者按照疾病活动评分(DAS28)进行分组,其中DAS28评分≤2.6分为病情缓解组,>2.6分为病情活动组;对两组患者采用肌骨超声检查,统计半定量评分,评价两者相关性。结果病情活动组半定量评分、血ESR、RF表达高于病情缓解组,TRACP5b表达高于病情缓解组,OPG、BALP表达低于病情缓解组(P<0.05)。疾病活动度越高,半定量评分越高,血ESR、RF表达越高,TRACP5b表达越高,OPG、BALP表达越低(P<0.05)。直线相关分析,肌骨超声半定量评分与疾病活动度呈正相关(r=0.843,P<0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者经肌骨超声检查,其评分高低与疾病活动度呈正相关关系,可作为一种理想辅助检查方法。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the ultrasonic scoring system of arthritis and the assessment of disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Eighty-two patients were divided into groups according to DAS28 score,in which DAS28 score≤2.6 points was for remission group and>2.6 points was for disease activity group.The two groups were examined by ultrasound,and ultrasonic scoring system of arthritis were counted to evaluate the correlation between them.Results Semi-quantitative score,serum ESR and RF expression,TRACP5b expression and OPG and BALP expression in active disease group were higher than those in remission group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The higher the disease activity,the higher the semiquantitative score,the higher the serum ESR and RF expression,the higher the TRACP5b expression,and the lower the OPG and BALP expression,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed that the musculoskeletal ultrasound semi-quantitative score was positively correlated with disease activity,with statistical significance(r=0.843,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the score of rheumatoid arthritis patients and disease activity,which can be used as an ideal auxiliary examination method.
