人参养荣汤加减对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者关节功能康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of ginseng Yangrong decoction on rehabilitation of joint function and life quality of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and total hip arthroplasty

目的:对人参养荣汤加减对老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者关节功能康复及生活质量的影响进行探讨。方法:将76例接受股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后的老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组术后给以西医常规治疗+康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给以人参养荣汤加减治疗,比较两组关节功能的康复效果和生活质量的改善效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组;治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后,观察组关节功能Harris评分、日常生活能力Barthel指数计分和生活质量SF-36评分高于对照组;骨折愈合时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人参养荣汤加减可以促进老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后患者关节功能的恢复和骨折的愈合,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of ginseng Yangrong decoction on the rehabilitation of joint function and quality of life of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Seventy-six elderly patients who underwent hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 38 cases each.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine plus postoperative rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with ginseng Yangrong decoction on the basis of the control group.The effects of the rehabilitation of joint function and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall clinical efficacy was higher in the observation group than the control group.Harris score of joint function,Barthel index score of daily living ability and SF-36 score of quality of life were higher and the fracture healing time was shorter in the observation group than the control group after one or two courses of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginseng Yangrong decoction can improve the recovery of joint function and the fracture healing of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures and total hip arthroplasty and their life quality.
