临床药师参与多学科联合诊疗对COPD患者的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of clinical pharmacists’participation in multidisciplinary joint treatment for COPD patients

目的:探索临床药师与多学科协作开展对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的治疗效果。方法:将178例COPD患者随机分为干预组(n=89)和对照组(n=89),对照组采用常规治疗,干预组在此基础上采用医师、护士、药师多学科联合诊疗,观察两组患者干预效果。结果:干预后,两组W_(max)、GQOLI-74评分、SAS评分、SDS评分变化显著,且干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,干预组疾病认知情况更好,住院天数更少,住院费用更低,抗菌药物不合理使用总发生率更低,用药依从性和患者满意度更好(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师参与多学科联合诊疗模式对COPD患者的效果更好。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of clinical pharmacist and multidisciplinary collaboration in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:One hundred and seventy-eight COPD patients were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=89)and a control group(n=89).The control group was conventionally treated,and the intervention group was treated with the multidisciplinary collaboration of physicians,nurses and pharmacists besides the conventional treatment,and the intervention effects were observed in the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the changes in W_(max),GQOLI-74 score,SAS score and SDS score were significant in both groups and were significantly better in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group had better disease awareness,fewer hospital stay,lower hospital costs,lower overall incidence of irrational antimicrobial drug use,and better medication compliance and patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mode of participation of clinical pharmacists in the multidisciplinary joint diagnosis and treatment is more effective for COPD patients.
