雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合胃复春片治疗老年人慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎的效果

Effects of Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets Combined with Weifuchun Tablets on Clinical Symptoms of Elderly Patients with Chronic Gastritis and Reflux Esophagitis

目的探讨雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合胃复春片对慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎(RE)老年患者临床症状的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月于天门市中医医院就诊的84例慢性胃炎伴RE患者,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组(42例)、试验组(42例)。对照组予以雷贝拉唑钠治疗,试验组于此基础上联用胃复春片治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组临床疗效,症状改善情况,炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]。结果治疗后,相较对照组,试验组总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胸骨后灼痛、反酸、烧心、嗳气评分均降低,且较对照组,试验组上述评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8水平均下降,且较对照组,试验组上述水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合胃复春片可提高慢性胃炎伴RE老年患者临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低炎症因子表达。

Objective To investigate the effect of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with weifuchun tablets on the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with chronic gastritis and reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic gastritis and RE who were treated in Tianmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and experimental group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with rabeprazole sodium,and on this basis,the experimental group was treated with weifuchun tablets.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-8(IL-8)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The above scores in the experimental group were lower,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets combined with weifuchun tablets can improve the clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in elderly patients with chronic gastritis and RE.
