药师利用FOCUS-PDCA循环管理骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用的分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Pharmacists Using FOCUS-PDCA Cycle to Manage the Use of Antibiotics in Orthopedic Class I Incision Surgery

摘要 目的研究FOCUS-PDCA循环管理在骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物管理中的效果。方法选取宜春市人民医院2019年1-12月骨科Ⅰ类切口手术病例922例作为干预前组;2020年开展FOCUS-PDCA循环管理,2020年1-12月病例860例为第一轮干预组,2021年1-12月病例1192例为第二轮干预组;就干预效果进行对比分析。结果经过两轮干预,抗菌药物使用率稳步下降,由干预前的56.29%下降至53.02%;总合理率、给药时机合理率、品种选择合理率、用药疗程合理率分别由79.28%、94.99%、95.57%、71.87%上升至88.84%、98.89%、99.21%、80.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药疗程由干预前的(2.01±2.21)d缩短至(1.35±1.73)d(P<0.05)。结论药师利用FOCUSPDCA循环管理干预骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用效果显著,降低了骨科Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率并提高了药物使用合理率,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of FOCUS-PDCA cycle management in the management of antibiotics in orthopedic class I incision surgery. Methods 922 cases of orthopedic type I incision surgery in Yichun People's Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the pre-intervention group;the FOCUS-PDCA cycle management was carried out in 2020, and 860 cases from January to December in 2020 were selected as the first round intervention group;1 192cases from January to December 2021were in the second round intervention group. The intervention effect was compared and analyzed. Results After two rounds of intervention, the use rate of antibiotics decreased steadily, from 56.29% before intervention to 53.02%. The total reasonable rate, the reasonable rate of administration time, the reasonable rate of variety selection and the reasonable rate of treatment course increased from 79.28%, 94.99%, 95.57% and 71.87% to 88.84%, 98.89%, 99.21% and 80.85%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The course of treatment was shortened from (2.01±2.21) days before intervention to (1.35±1.73) days (P<0.05). Conclusion Pharmacists use FOCUS-PDCA cycle management to intervene in the use of antibiotics in orthopedic class I incision surgery with remarkable effect, reducing the use of antibiotics and improving the rational rate of drug use, which is worthy of promotion.
