Turner综合征(TS)又称为特纳综合征或先天性卵巢功能不全综合征,是一种由全部或部分体细胞完全或部分缺乏一条X染色体或X染色体其他结构异常引起的疾病。Turner综合征患儿在病程中常伴有脂质代谢异常,临床监测脂代谢指标和在脂代谢紊乱早期进行干预有助于改善患儿的生活质量。

Turner syndrome(TS),also known as Turner syndrome or congenital ovarian insufficiency syndrome,is a disease caused by the complete or partial absence of an X chromosome in all or some somatic cells,or other structural abnormalities of the X chromosome.Children with TS are often associated with abnormal lipid metabolism in the course of the disease,and clinical monitoring of lipid metabolism indicators and intervention in the early stage of lipid metabolism disorder can help improve the quality of life of the children.
