X线胸片联合飞利浦多排螺旋CT检查对新生儿肺炎的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic value of X-ray chest film combined with Philips multi-slice spiral CT in neonatal pneumonia

目的分析X线胸片联合飞利浦多排螺旋CT检查对新生儿肺炎的诊断价值。方法20例新生儿肺炎患儿,均予以X线胸片联合飞利浦多排螺旋CT检查,分析X线胸片联合飞利浦多排螺旋CT检查的诊断结果及影像学图像。结果20例患儿行X线胸片联合飞利浦多排螺旋CT检查诊断准确18例,诊断准确率为90.00%;误诊1例,误诊率为5.00%;待诊1例,待诊率为5.00%。检出大叶性肺炎2例,其中右中叶1例,左下叶1例,在治疗2周后复查均吸收;检出支气管肺炎6例,其中左下肺1例、右下肺2例、右上肺1例、右中肺1例、左上肺1例,在治疗2周后复查吸收4例,4周后吸收2例;检出间质性肺炎5例,其中两下肺2例,左下肺1例,右下肺2例,在治疗2周后复查吸收3例,4周后吸收1例,8周后吸收1例;检出化脓性肺炎4例,其中右中肺1例,左下肺1例,左上肺1例,右上肺1例,在治疗4周后复查吸收2例,8周后吸收2例;检出非典型性肺炎1例,在治疗2周后复查均吸收。结论采用X线胸片联合飞利浦多排螺旋CT检查新生儿肺炎能够帮助临床医师明确患儿的病变位置及范围,值得应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of X-ray chest film combined with Philips multi-slice spiral CT in neonatal pneumonia.Methods 20 cases of neonatal pneumonia were studied,and all were examined by X-ray chest film combined with Philips multi-slice spiral CT.The diagnostic results and imaging images of chest X-ray combined with Philips multi-slice spiral CT were analyzed.Results O f 20 cases,18 cases were diagnosed accurately by chest X-ray combined with Philips multi-slice spiral CT,and the diagnostic accuracy was 90.00%.1 case was misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 5.00%;1 case was waiting for diagnosis,the waiting rate was 5.00%.Lobar pneumonia was detected in 2 cases,including 1 case in the right middle lobe and 1 case in the left lower lobe,and all absorbed after 2 weeks of treatment;bronchopneumonia was detected in 6 cases,including 1 case in the left lower lung,2 cases in the right lower lung,1 case in the right upper lung,1 case in the right middle lung and 1 case in the left upper lung,of which 4 cases were absorbed after 2 weeks of treatment,and 2 cases were absorbed after 4 weeks of treatment;interstitial pneumonia was detected in 5 cases,including 2 cases in the two lower lungs,1 case in the left lower lung and 2 cases in the right lower lung,of which 3 cases were absorbed after 2 weeks of treatment,1 case was absorbed after 4 weeks of treatment,and 1 case was absorbed after 8 weeks of treatment;suppurative pneumonia were detected in 4 cases,including 1 case in the right middle lung,1 case in the left lower lung,1 case in the left upper lung,and 1 case in the right upper lung,of which 2 cases were absorbed after 4 weeks of treatment,and 2 cases were absorbed after 8 weeks of treatment;atypical pneumonia was detected in 1 case,which was absorbed after 2 weeks of treatment.Conclusion X-ray chest film combined with Philips multi-slice spiral CT can help clinicians to determine the location and scope of the disease,which is worth applying and popularizing.
