辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病的效果及对患者心功能的影响评价

Effect of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its impact on cardiac function of patients

目的分析辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病的疗效及对患者心功能的影响。方法128例老年冠心病患者,以数字双盲法分为参照组与试验组,各64例。参照组采取辛伐他汀治疗,试验组采取辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后心功能指标[左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)]。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于参照组的85.94%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组LVEF(52.36±6.46)%高于参照组的(47.43±6.43)%,LVESV(38.53±6.36)ml、LVEDV(141.68±5.35)ml均小于参照组的(45.46±6.54)、(147.36±5.36)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为3.13%,低于参照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年冠心病患者辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗具有较为理想的效果,可明显改善心功能,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its impact on cardiac function of patients.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into control group and experimental group by digital double-blind method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simvastatin,and the experimental group was treated with simvastatin and trimetazidine.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,and cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)]before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.88%,which was higher than that of 85.94%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of LVEF,LVESV and LVEDV between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEF in the experimental group was(52.36±6.46)%,which was higher than that of(47.43±6.43)%in the reference group;the experimental group had LVESV of(38.53±6.36)ml and LVEDV of(141.68±5.35)ml,which were less than those of(45.46±6.54)and(147.36±5.36)ml in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.13%,which was lower than that of 12.50%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin combined with trimetazidine has ideal effect in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,which can improve the cardiac function with less adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion.
