肛瘘术后患者应用中药熏洗联合红光治疗的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with red light therapy on patients after anal fistula surgery

目的观察中药熏洗联合红光治疗应用于肛瘘术后患者中的疗效。方法86例肛瘘且行手术治疗的患者,根据术后治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者单纯应用中药熏洗治疗,观察组患者应用中药熏洗联合红光治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及手术前后疼痛程度。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、7 d,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(4.02±0.48)、(3.38±0.16)分,明显低于对照组的(5.51±0.29)、(4.19±0.38)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛瘘术后患者采用中药熏洗联合红光治疗可以加速伤口愈合,减轻患者疼痛感,提高临床治疗效果,适宜临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with red light therapy on patients after anal fistula surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with surgery for anal fistula were divided into control group and observation group according to different postoperative treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing alone,while patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in combination with red light.The therapeutic effect and pain level before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that of 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 d postoperatively,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were(4.02±0.48)and(3.38±0.16)points,which were significantly lower than those of(5.51±0.29)and(4.19±0.38)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red light therapy for patients after anal fistula surgery can accelerate wound healing,relieve pain,and promote the clinical effect,which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
