杭州灯芯巷社区“以老助老”创新模式及其可复制性

Innovative Model of “Elderly Helping Elderly” and Its Replicability in Hangzhou Dengxin Lane Community

社区内低龄老人和健康老人面向同社区的高龄、残疾、失能老人提供居家养老服务,是一种社区“以老助老”的新生事物,正在我国一部分发达城市悄然兴起。杭州市灯芯巷社区依托鲍大妈聊天室所开展的“以老助老”服务,经过17年发展,积累了较丰富的经验,形成了独特的创新模式。文章对其组织形式、主要内容、社会功能、可复制性等予以初步分析和研究,以期为盘活我国庞大的低龄老人和健康老人的人力资源探索一条新路径。

Young and healthy elderly in the community providing home care services for the old age people, disabled, and disabled elderly in the same community is a new thing of “elderly helping elderly” in the community, which is quietly emerging in some developed cities in China. Relying on the “elderly helping elderly” service carried out by Aunt Bao’s chat room, Dengxin Lane community in Hangzhou has accumulated rich experience and formed its unique innovative model after 17 years of development. This paper makes a preliminary analysis and research on its organizational form, main contents, social functions, and replicability, in order to explore a new path for revitalizing the huge human resources of young and healthy elderly in China.
