提质培优背景下,高职院校名班主任工作室成为班主任专业化发展、综合素质提升的重要平台与载体。根据名班主任工作室涉及人员广泛化、活动方式多样化、研究探索全程化的特征,高职院校在名班主任工作室建设过程中应确定基本原则,做好原则遵循;提高培训效度,助力新手成长;注重内部挖潜,营造良好氛围;实施分类考核,提高发展成效;加大宣传力度,推动示范辐射。

In the context of improving quality and cultivating excellence,the famous class adviser studio in higher vocational colleges has become an important platform and carrier for the professional development and comprehensive quality improvement of class advisers.According to the characteristics of extensive staff,diversified activities and full-process research and exploration,higher vocational colleges should determine the basic principles and follow them well in the construction of famous class adviser studio;improve the effectiveness of training to help novices grow;focus on internal development to create a good atmosphere;implement classification assessment to improve the development effectiveness;and increase the publicity to promote demonstration radiation.
