摘要
采用《大学生积极心理资本问卷》和《大学生社会责任感问卷》对安徽、湖北和江苏等省份的610位在校大学生实施调查,结果显示:大学生积极心理资本与社会责任感存在显著相关关系;积极心理资本发展水平不同的大学生在社会责任感发展水平上存在显著差异;大学生积极心理资本中的乐观因子与希望因子对他们的社会责任感具有显著正向预测作用。在此基础上,从完善高校思政育人体系、拓展高校实践育人路径和优化家庭教育环境等三方面提出培育大学生社会责任感的建议。
610 college students from Anhui Province,Hubei Province and Jiangsu Province were investigated by adopting Questionnaire of College Students’Positive Psychological Capital and Questionnaire of College Students’Social Responsibility.The results are as follows:there is a significant correlation between college students’positive psychological capital and their sense of social responsibility;college students with different development levels of positive psychological capital have significant difference in the development levels of sense of social responsibility;optimistic factor and hope factor in college students’positive psychological capital have a significant positive predictive effect on their sense of social responsibility.On this basis,suggestions are put forward on cultivating college students’sense of social responsibility from three aspects,including improving the system of fostering talents through ideological and political education in universities,expanding the path of fostering talents by practice in universities,and optimizing the family education environment.
