摘要
为探讨幼儿园教师职业决策后悔、职业倦怠、工作满意度与领悟社会支持之间的关系,采用《职业倦怠量表》《职业决策后悔问卷》《工作满意度量表》及《领悟社会支持多维量表》对宁波市、杭州市及湖州市248名幼儿园教师实施调查。结果显示:职业决策后悔与幼儿园教师职业倦怠呈显著正相关关系;工作满意度在职业决策后悔与幼儿园教师职业倦怠间起中介作用;领悟社会支持在幼儿园教师职业决策后悔与职业倦怠间起调节作用,但在极高职业决策后悔水平下,高领悟社会支持反而会加剧幼儿园教师的职业倦怠。因此,幼儿园管理者应当为幼儿园教师打造支持性的工作环境,幼儿园教师也需用理性思维缓解职业决策后悔情绪。
To explore the relationship among kindergarten teachers’career decision regret,burnout,job satisfaction and perceived social support,248 kindergarten teachers in Ningbo City,Hangzhou City and Huzhou City were surveyed by adopting Burnout Scale,Career Decision Regret Questionnaire,Job Satisfaction Scale and Perceived Social Support Multidimensional Scale.The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between career decision regret and burnout among kindergarten teachers,and job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between career decision regret and burnout among kindergarten teachers.Perceived social support plays a moderating role in the relationship between career decision regret and burnout among kindergarten teachers,but at very high levels of career decision regret,high perceived social support could exacerbate the burnout of kindergarten teachers.Therefore,kindergarten managers should provide a supportive working environment for kindergarten teachers and teachers themselves need to think rationally to alleviate the emotion of career decision regret.
