3岁以下婴幼儿托育机构从业人员职业认同的影响因素分析——基于对安徽省合肥市的调查 被引量:2

摘要 以《幼儿园教师职业认同问卷》为主要调查工具,对合肥市166名托育机构从业人员进行调查,以性别、年龄、专业、持有证书情况及有无工作经历等人口学变量对其职业认同进行F检验,并从个体和职业环境两个维度对托育机构从业人员的职业认同进行回归分析,探讨影响其职业认同的因素。结果表明:托育机构从业人员职业认同程度总体较好,且在性别、年龄、专业、持有证书情况及工作经历等变量上存在不同程度的显著性差异;托育机构从业人员个体因素对职业认同具有显著影响,主要表现为性别、专业能力、人际关系、对托育工作的喜爱程度以及托育机构从业人员的人格因素等方面。 166 employees of nursery institutions in Hefei City were investigated by Kindergarten Teachers’Professional Identity Questionnaire.F test was conducted on professional identity by demographic variables including gender,age,specialty,certificate status and working experience.A regression analysis is made of the professional identity of employees of nursery institutions from the two dimensions of the individual and professional environment.The results show that the degree of professional identity of employees of nursery institutions is generally good,and there are significant differences in gender,age,specialty,certificate status and working experience.The individual factors of employees of nursery institutions have a significant impact on professional identity,mainly manifested in gender,professional ability,interpersonal relationship,love for childcare education and personality factors.
