摘要
漏磁检测法是钢丝绳无损检测中的常用方法.基于漏磁检测基本原理和三维磁偶极子模型,本文利用B_(y)-B_(z)图实现了对钢丝绳直观的在线检测,运用有限元仿真的方法,得到了不同长度、宽度、深度缺陷的漏磁特点,构建了B_(y)-B_(z)图中漏磁圆与缺陷程度之间的定量关系,讨论了钢丝绳内、外缺陷产生的漏磁场的区别,并进行了实验验证,以期为钢丝绳损伤的定量识别以及内外缺陷的判定提供新思路.
Magnetic flux leakage(MFL)testing is a common method in nondestructive testing of wire rope.Based on the basie principle of MFL detection and three dimensional magnetic dipole model,this paper realizes the visualized online detection of wire rope by using B_(y)-B_(z)diagram.The characteristics of MFL defects of different lengths,widths and depths are obtained by using finite element simulation method,the quantitative relationship between the MFL circle in B_(y)-B_(z)diagram and the degree of defects is established.The dffence of magnetic leakage caused by internal and external defects of wire rope is discussed,and experimental verification is carried out in order to provide a new theoretical basis for quantitative identification of wire rope damage and judgment of internal and external defects.
