摘要
为增强聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的导电性能,拓宽其在柔性智能纺织品及生物医疗领域的应用,通过Na_(2)CO_(3)和ZSR阳离子表面活性剂协同改性PBS非织造布,制备含有极性基团的PBS非织造布。利用氧化石墨烯(GO)通过“超声波浸渍-还原”法对改性PBS非织造布进行表面整理,采用单因素试验对制备工艺进行优化,并评价样品的耐水洗牢度。优化的整理工艺为:Na_(2)CO_(3)5 g/L,ZSR表面活性剂2 g/L,改性温度50℃,改性时间40 min,GO 1 g/L。采用该工艺条件整理并还原后的PBS非织造布表面电阻为152 kΩ/cm。SEM结果显示PBS非织造布在整理前后有明显变化,经过10次洗涤后导电性稍有降低。
In order to enhance the electrical conductivity of polybutylene succinate(PBS)and expand its applica⁃tion in flexible intelligent textiles and biomedical fields,PBS non-woven fabric containing polar groups is pre⁃pared by the co-modification of PBS non-woven fabric with Na_(2)CO_(3)and ZSR cationic surfactants.The surface of modified PBS non-woven fabric is treated with graphene oxide(GO)by"ultrasonic dipping-reduction"meth⁃od,the preparation process is optimized by single factor test,and the washing fastness of the sample is evaluat⁃ed.The optimized finishing process is Na_(2)CO_(3)5 g/L,ZSR surfactant 2 g/L,modification temperature 50℃,modi⁃fication time 40 min,GO 1 g/L.The surface resistance of the finished PBS non-woven fabric is 152 kΩ/cm.SEM results show that the PBS non-woven fabric has obvious changes before and after finishing,and its con⁃ductivity decreases slightly after 10 times of washing.
