摘要 预应力管桩人工焊接接桩存在焊接质量不稳定、劳动强度大和施工效率低等问题。课题组针对当前管桩人工焊接工艺存在的不足,发明了适用于预应力混凝土管桩接桩的焊接机器人。本文介绍了管桩焊接机器人的基本构造和操作方法,通过室内焊接测试试验和大直径管桩现场焊接试验,检验了该设备的可靠性。试验测试和工程应用结果表明:焊接机器人采用拉马式快速锁紧机构,可实现设备行走轨道快速锁紧;采用三道层焊的焊接模式,能够有效保证焊缝施工质量;该焊接机器人能有效提升大直径管桩焊接施工效率,降低工人劳动强度。管桩焊接机器人的工程应用显著提升了我国预应力混凝土管桩智能焊接技术水平,该技术也可推广到钢管桩等其他钢结构焊接领域,应用前景广阔。 There are some problems,such as unstable welding quality,high labor intensity,and low construction efficiency etc,existing in manual welding for prestressed high strength concrete(PHC)pile construction.A welding robot,which is suitable for PHC pile and can avoid the disadvantage of manual welding method is invented by the research group.In this paper,basic mechanical structure and operation of the PHC pile welding robot is introduced.Welding results from laboratory tests and field tests have been compared in order to verify the reliability of the PHC pile welding robot.Both the experimental test data and on-site application results show that the puller-type quick-locking mechanism of the welding robot can realize rapid locking of the guiding track.The three-layer welding mode can effectively ensure the quality of the welding seam.It has been demonstrated that the welding robot can highly improve the welding construction efficiency of large-diameter piles and reducee the labor intensity.The welding robot introduced in this paper has significantly improved intelligent technology of PHC pile welding.And the technology can also be extended and applied to other fields,such as steel structure welding,steel pipe welding etc.
