加味白疕方湿包疗法联合阿维A胶囊治疗风热血燥型银屑病

Flavored Baibi wet pack therapy combined with Avi A capsules in the treatment of wind heat and blood dryness psoriasis

目的观察加味白疕方湿包疗法联合阿维A胶囊治疗风热血燥型银屑病的疗效。方法将60例风热血燥型银屑病患者采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合加味白疕方湿包疗法治疗,观察2组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率(93.33%,28/30)高于对照组(66.67%,20/30)(P<0.05);治疗后,2组银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、瘙痒程度视觉模拟(VAS)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-22(IL-22)均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组角质层含水量、角质层油脂含量均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味白疕方湿包疗法联合阿维A胶囊治疗风热血燥型银屑病患者,可促进症状改善,降低疼痛瘙痒程度,提高生活质量水平,改善皮肤屏障功能,降低IL-17、IL-22等炎症因子表达。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Baibi recipe wet bag therapy combined with Avi A capsule in the treatment of wind heat and blood dryness psoriasis.Methods 60 Patients with psoriasis of wind heat and blood dryness type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Avi A capsule,and the observation group was treated with modified Baibi formula wet bag therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.33%vs 66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores,pruritus visual analogue(VAS),Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-22(IL-22)decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content and oil content of stratum corneum in the 2 groups increased,and the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of psoriasis of wind heat and blood dryness type with modified Baibi recipe bag therapy combined with Avi A capsule can promote the improvement of symptoms,reduce the degree of pain and itching,improve the quality of life,improve the skin barrier function and reduce the expression of infl ammatory factors such as IL-17 and IL-22.
