协同育人环境下大学生就业创业指导服务体系构建与发展趋势研究

Research on the Construction and Development Trend of College Students’Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service System under the Collaborative Education Environment

协同育人环境下大学生就业创业指导服务呈现出更加密切地结合市场对人才的需求、进一步融入大学生成长全过程、充分利用互联网信息技术三大发展趋势。就目前实际情况来看,部分高校仍然存在协同指导机制不完善、协同服务平台不健全、协同资源配置不合理、协同教育不到位等问题。为此,高校必须加快构建并完善就业创业协同指导机制,拓展就业创业协同服务路径,优化就业创业协同服务对接,完善就业创业协同教育体系。

The employment and entrepreneurship guidance service for college students under the collaborative education environment shows three development trends:more closely catering into the market demand for talents,further getting involved in the whole process of college students’growth,and making full use of Internet information technology.As far as the actual situation is concerned,some universities still face problems such as imperfect collaborative guidance mechanism,imperfect collaborative service platform,unreasonable allocation of collaborative resources,and inadequate collaborative education.Therefore,colleges and universities must speed up the construction and improvement of the employment and entrepreneurship coordination guidance mechanism,expand the employment and entrepreneurship coordination service path,optimize the employment and entrepreneurship coordination service docking,and improve the employment and entrepreneurship coordination education system.
