食品中7种芬太尼类物质识别研究

摘要 目的:建立一种食品中识别7种芬太尼类物质的方法:液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)快速检测方法。方法:样品经乙腈加适量水连续振荡提取,加无水乙酸钠促进电离,用无水硫酸镁吸附水分。采用0.1%甲酸水(A)和乙腈(B)作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,质谱(ESI+)采用多反应监测模式(MRM)对芬太尼类物质的定量离子和定性离子进行监测。结果:在6 min内完成7种目标化合物的检测分析。7种芬太尼在10、20和50μg/L添加水平的回收率为86.6%~97.4%,相对标准偏差小于5.0%(n=6),方法定量限为10μg/kg。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏,适合食品中芬太尼类物质的识别测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the identification of seven fentanyl substances in food:liquid chroma-tography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)rapid detection method.Methods:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and water continuously,then anhydrous sodium acetate was added to promote ionization,and water was absorbed by anhydrous magnesium sulfate.Gradient elution was performed by using 0.1%formic acid water(A)and acetonitrile(B)as mobile phases.Mass spectrometry(ESI+)was used to monitor the quantitative and qualitative ions of fentanyl substances using multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM).Results:Seven target compounds were detected and analyzed within 6 min.The recoveries of 7 kinds of fentanyl were 86.6%-97.4%with relative standard deviations less than 5.0%(n=6)at 10,20 and 50μg/L supplemental levels.The limit of quantification was 10μg/kg.Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive and suitable for the identification and determination of fentanyl in food.
