摘要
在挥发酚分析的4-氨基安替比林分光光度法中,为延长了10.0mg/L的苯酚标准中间液和1.00mg/L苯酚标准使用液的稳定性,在配置的苯酚标准中间液和苯酚标准使用液中加入氢氧化钠使之达到0.02mol/L,以4-氨基安替比林直接分光光度法进行实验研究,发现加碱苯酚标准中间液至少可稳定3个月,加碱苯酚标准使用液至少可稳定2个月,因此,两种标准溶液均无需当天配置。
For prolong the stability of the 10.0mg/L phenol midst standard solution and the 1.00mg/L phenol working standard solution when determinate the volatile phenols by 4-Aminoantipyrine spectrophotometry,adding 0.02mol/L sodium hydroxide to the phenol midst standard solution or phenol working standard solution.It was found that the phenol midst standard solution with alkali could be stabilized for at least 3 months,and the phenol working standard solution with alkali could be stabilized for at least 2 months through the 4-Aminoantipyrine direct spectrophotometry experimental study.Therefore,need not to prepare the two standard solutions at the same day.
