不同浓度锰对甜菜营养元素积累及分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了解不同水平锰对甜菜营养元素积累及分布的影响,以KWS1176甜菜品种为研究对象,设置7个浓度锰处理,分别为0.003 7、0.007 4、0.014 8、0.029 6、0.059 2、0.118 4以及0.236 8 mmol·L^(-1),并以营养液进行培养,测定并分析不同水平锰处理下,甜菜地上和地下部分干、鲜重以及大量营养元素和微量营养元素含量的差异。结果表明,当锰浓度为0.007 4 mmol·L^(-1)时,甜菜幼苗生长量最大,各部分干、鲜重均达到最大值;锰浓度过低或者过高,甜菜幼苗生长受到抑制。随着锰供应水平的提高,甜菜幼苗地上部分和地下部分的锰含量逐渐升高,植株内锰离子和铜离子含量亦逐渐升高,磷元素含量却逐渐降低,而锌离子、钾离子、铁离子以及氮元素含量则随锰浓度的提高呈现先升高再降低的趋势。在高浓度锰处理条件下,甜菜地上部分对钾离子和磷元素的积累量大于地下部分;地上部分对锰离子、铁离子、铜离子以及锌离子的积累量小于地下部分;而氮元素在各部分的积累量无明显差异。综上所述,锰离子供应过少或者过多直接影响甜菜幼苗体内锰含量和生长量,同时还间接影响其他元素的吸收,尤其氮、锌离子的积累影响着甜菜幼苗的生长。 In order to understand the effect of different levels of manganese on the accumulation and distribution of nutrient elements in sugar beet, the KWS1176 sugar beet seeds were used as the research material and cultured under different manganese concentrations, including 0.003 7, 0.007 4, 0.014 8, 0.029 6, 0.059 2, 0.118 4 and 0.236 8 mmol·L^(-1), and were cultured in nutrient solution, then dry weight, fresh weight, macronutrient and micronutrient contents of the aboveground and underground parts of sugar beet were measured and compared. The results showed that the growth of sugar beet seedlings was the best at 0.007 4 mmol·L^(-1)of manganese concentration, and the dry and fresh weight of each part reached the maximum. The growth of sugar beet seedlings was inhibited when the manganese concentration was too low or too high. With the increase of manganese concentration, the manganese content in the ground and underground parts of sugar beet seedlings gradually increased, and the manganese and copper contents in the plant gradually increased, while the phosphorus element content gradually decreased. The contents of zinc ion, potassium ion, iron ion, and nitrogen increased first and then decreased with the increase of manganese concentration. Under the treatment of high concentration manganese, the accumulation of potassium ion and phosphorus in shoots was higher than that in roots;while the accumulation of manganese ion, iron ion, copper ion and zinc ion in shoots was lower than that in roots. However, there was no obvious difference in nitrogen accumulation in each part. In summary, too little or too much manganese supply not only directly affects the manganese content and growth of sugar beet seedlings, but also indirectly affects the absorption of other elements, especially the accumulation of nitrogen and zinc ion.
