基板表面形貌对镀锡板润湿能力影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对镀锡板在印铁涂布过程中出现的缩孔缺陷,同时解决镀锡板表面润湿能力偏低的问题,采用接触角和达因笔的测试方法,研究了基板表面形貌影响镀锡板表面润湿能力的原因。结果表明:基板表面形貌中峰谷的分布状况对镀锡板的表面能和润湿性存在重要的影响,基板的比表面积越大,镀锡板的表面能越大,基板表面的峰谷直径比越小,镀锡板与涂料的接触角越小。对不同表面形貌的镀锡板进行印铁试验,表面能>32 mN/m的镀锡板可避免缩孔,通过改变基板的表面形貌可大幅提升镀锡板的表面润湿能力。 In view of the shrinkage defects on the tinplate surface which often appear in the process of printing and coating,in order to solve the problem of tinplate’s low wettability,the influence of blackplate surface morphology on the wettability of tinplate was studied by contact angle and Dyne pen.The results show that the distribution of peaks and valleys in the surface morphology of blackplate has an important influence on the surface energy and wettability of tinplate.The larger the specific surface area of tinplate is,the greater the surface energy is.The smaller the peak-to-valley diameter ratio of tinplate is,the smaller the contact angle between tinplate and coating is.On the different surface morphology of tinplate printing and coating test,the tinplate with surface energy>32 mN/m can avoid shrinkage defects,and the wettability of tinplate can be greatly improved by changing the surface morphology of blackplate.
