茴香秸秆纤维纸地膜制造工艺及参数优化

摘要 为解决塑料残膜污染及秸秆等农业废弃物综合利用的问题,可降解纸地膜的研究引起了广大研究者的关注。通过使用KOH高温蒸煮茴香秸秆,采用范式洗涤纤维分析法对茴香秸秆中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的含量进行测定,分析了用碱量、蒸煮温度和保温时间对茴香秸秆纤维素含量的影响,在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验优化了预处理的条件。结果表明,预处理茴香秸秆的最佳条件为:用碱量15%、蒸煮温度95℃、保温时间90 min,各因素对茴香秸秆纤维素含量的影响次序为:用碱量>蒸煮温度>保温时间。选用最佳预处理条件处理后的茴香秸秆打浆抄纸,测得打浆度最高为86.5°SR,打浆度60°SR时抗张指数8.31 N·m/g。可为茴香秸秆制备植物纤维可降解纸地膜的研究提供理论依据。 In order to solve the environmental pollution caused by plastic film residue and the waste of agricultural wastes such as straw,the research and application of degradable paper film have attracted extensive attention at home and abroad.KOH high-temperature cooking method was used to extract the cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin from the fennel straw lignocellulose,and the contents were determined by the paradigm analysis method.The effects of alkali content,cooking temperature and holding time on the cellulose content of fennel straw were analyzed.The pretreatment conditions were optimized by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor experiment.The results showed that the best conditions for pretreatment of fennel straw were as follows:alkali content of 15%,cooking temperature of 95℃and holding time of 90min.The influence of each factor on cellulose content of fennel straw was as follows:alkali content>cooking temperature>holding time.The highest beating degree was 86.5°SR,the tensile index was 8.31 N·m/g when the beating degree was 60°SR.It provides a theoretical basis for the research on the preparation of plant fiber degradable paper mulch film from fennel straw.
