红透山铜矿勘采系统工程现状与对策

摘要 随着开采深度的延深,矿体空间赋存形态发生巨大变化,相应给勘探及采矿工作带来一定难度。勘探周期长、成本高,采矿地点分散、战线长、效率低等缺点制约了矿山发展。矿山按照矿床地质特征、开采环境条件,因地制宜地选择勘、采方法,根据“技术经济合理、生产安全可靠、充分利用资源、回采率高、贫化率低、采矿强度高、生产成本低”的标准,在充分依托已形成的工程和设施的前提下,节约新增建设投资,做好各项勘、采工程设计,通过一年的生产实践取得了较好的成果。可以看出,每一种勘、采方法均有自己的特点、适用范围和局限性,要想提高勘、采效果,必须多种方法综合运用。 With the extension of mining depth,the spatial occurrence form of ore body in Hongtoushan deposit has changed greatly,which brings some difficulties to exploration and mining.Long exploration period,high cost,scattered mining sites,long battle line,low efficiency and other shortcomings restrict the development of the mine.According to the geological characteristics of the deposit and mining environmental conditions,the mine selects exploration and mining methods under the local conditions.According to the standards of"reasonable technology and economy,safe and reliable production,full utilization of resources,high recovery rate,low dilution rate,high mining intensity and low production cost",and on the premise of fully supporting the formed projects and facilities,the mine saves new construction investment and does a good job in various exploration Through one year's production practice,good results have been achieved in mining engineering design.It can be seen that various exploration and mining methods study the prospecting direction and mining factors from one aspect,and then implement production engineering.Each method has its own characteristics,scope of application and limitations.In order to improve the exploration and mining effect,a variety of methods must be used comprehensively.
