摘要
近年来国家积极提倡运用环保安全的采矿方法,以减少污染物的排放,充填采矿法是近年来应用范围最广的采矿方法。某金矿早期开采中采用空场法(留矿法),但是由于矿岩稳固性较差,致使回采中顶板垮塌、冒落等地压灾害频现。采用充填采矿法不仅可以有效解决矿山生产过程中存在的地压问题,提高矿产资源的回收率,还能保护地表环境,减少尾砂的排放,有助于解决现存矿山开采过程中不利于环保的问题。本研究旨在探讨从空场法(留矿法)转充填采矿法的可行性,结合某金矿矿山案例,分析了空场法(留矿法)转充填法的具体的应用方式,以便有序进行开采工作。
In recent years,the environmental protection and safety mining methods has actively promoted to reduce pollutant emissions,of which back-filling method is the most widely used mining method.In a gold mine,the open stope method(shrinkage method)is used in early mining.However,the ground pressure disasters were prominent,such as roof collapse and caving in mining,due to the poor stability of ore and rock.Back-filling method can not only effectively solve the problem of ground pressure in the process of mine production,improve the recovery rate of mineral resources,but also protect the surface environment and reduce the discharge of tailings,which is helpful to solve the problem of environmental protection in the current mining.The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of converting from open stope method(shrinkage method)to back-filling method.Based on the case of a gold mine,the paper analyzes the specific application of the open stope method(shrinkage method)to the back-filling method in order to mine in an orderly manner.
