赤峰某企业年产5万吨纳米氧化锌项目设计方案

摘要 本项目对含锌废渣、废灰进行回收,经回转窑高温煅烧生产次氧化锌,再以次氧化锌为原料,通过络合、除杂、解析、脱水、烘干和焙烧等工序生产纳米氧化锌。本项目实施有利于促进本行业的技术进步和产业升级,同时本项目通过对钢厂烟道灰等废旧资源再生带动了相关产业的发展,避免了锌锭资源的过度开发和消耗,利于企业推行循环经济、节能减排和低碳环保。 This project recycles zinc-containing waste slag and waste ash to produces sub-zinc oxide through high-temperature calcination in a rotary kiln,and then uses sub-zinc oxide as raw material to produce nano-oxide zinc through complexation,impurity removal,analysis,dehydration,drying and roasting.The implementation of this project is conducive to promoting the technological progress and industrial upgrading of the industry.With this project,it has driven the development of related industries through the regeneration of waste resources such as flue ash from steel plants,avoiding the excessive development and consumption of zinc ingot resources,and also promoting the development of zinc ingots.It is profit for promoting circular economy,energy saving and emission reduction and low carbon environmental protection.
