医学院校大一新生压力知觉与生活满意度的关系及应对方式的中介效应分析

Relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction in medical university freshmen and the mediating effect of the coping style

目的探讨医学院校大一新生压力知觉与生活满意度的关系以及应对方式的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样法于2021年8月下旬使用压力知觉量表(CPSS),简易应对方式量表(SCSQ),青少年生活满意度量表(CASLSS)对广西中医药大学1080名大一新生进行问卷调查,问卷回收有效率达98.7%。结果医学院校大一新生的压力知觉与其生活满意度呈显著负相关(r=0.673,P<0.01);压力知觉对生活满意度的直接效应为-0.053(95%CI:-0.059~-0.047),应对方式的中介效应为-0.024(95%CI:-0.028~-0.019),占总效应的30.89%。结论医学新生压力知觉越高,生活满意度越低,但可通过调节个体的应对方式减弱压力对生活满意度的负面影响。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction in medical college and university freshmen,and explore the mediating effect of the coping style.Methods A convenience sampling method was used.We administered a questionnaire to 1080 freshmen from Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine using the Stress Perception Scale(CPSS),Simple Coping Style Scale(SCSQ),and Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale(CASLSS),in late August 2021.The effective rate of questionnaire recovery was 98.7%.Results The stress perception of the freshmen was significantly negatively correlated with their life satisfaction(r=0.673,P<0.01).The direct effect of stress perception on life satisfaction was-0.053(95%CI:-0.059,-0.047),and the mediating effect of the coping style was-0.024(95%CI:-0.028,-0.019),accounting for 30.89%of the total effect.Conclusion The higher the pressure perception of medical freshmen,the lower their life satisfaction;however,the negative impact of stress on life satisfaction can be attenuated by adjusting their coping styles.
