油水界面活性聚合物驱采出液反相破乳剂研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 采用部分水解聚丙烯酰胺进行聚合物驱是应用最广泛的化学驱技术。为解决部分水解聚丙烯酰胺在高矿化度、高温水体内增黏效果差和难以注入低渗透率油藏的问题,聚合物驱中引入了带有亲油侧链且具有油水界面活性的改性聚丙烯酰胺代替普通部分水解聚丙烯酰胺,在改善高矿化度、高温和低渗透率油藏聚驱开发效果的同时,也减少了聚合物的用量及费用。注入油水界面活性聚合物的部分区块的采出液中O/W型原油乳状液稳定性高,造成采出水处理设施进水含油浓度大幅度增高,处理后回注的采出水含油浓度难以达到回注指标。为此分析了含油水界面活性聚合物驱的性质以及对O/W型乳状液的乳化和稳定作用,明确了今后反相破乳剂的研发应以非离子和阴离子药剂等与阴离子型油水界面活性聚合物不产生沉淀反应的药剂为主要方向。 Polymer flooding with partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)is the most widely used chemical flooding technology.In order to solve the problem of poor viscosity increasing effect in high salinity and high temperature water and difficulty in injecting into low permeability reservoirs,modified polyacrylamide with lipophilic side chain and oil-water interfacial activity is introduced in polymer flooding to replace ordinary HPAM.While improving the development effect of polymer flooding in high salinity,high temperature,and low permeability reservoirs,the polymer consumption,and cost are also reduced.The O/W crude oil emulsions in produced fluid of some blocks injected with oil/water interfacial activity polymer have high stability,resulting in a significant increase of the oil concentration in the inlet water of the produced water treatment facilities,and it is difficult to meet the index of reinjection for the oil concentration of the re-injected produced water after treatment.Therefore,the properties of oil-water interfacial active polymers and their emulsifying and stabilizing effects on O/W type emulsions are analyzed,and it is determined that the main direction for the development of reverse demulsifiers in the future should be non-ionic and anionic agents that do not produce precipitation reactions with anionic oil-water interfacial active polymers.
