空水冷却技术在注水站橇装高压变频调速装置中的应用效果评价

摘要 油田注水系统应用高压变频器可节约大量电能和设备维修费用,为更合理地应用该装置,降低生产运行成本,设计应用了橇装空水冷却高压变频调速装置,采用注水站提供的冷却水对橇装板房和高压变频器降温,实现板房内温度在0~40℃。该装置解决了因油田老注水站室内空间有限而无法安装高压变频器,因大庆地区冬、夏季温差较大,且室外风沙较大,灰尘、飞絮较多而设备无法在室外长期稳定运行的问题。第二采油厂自2003年开始陆续对5台橇装高压变频调速装置采用空水冷却工艺,效果理想,装置稳定运行,其中2台已经稳定运行19年,只发生了很少的维护费用。从理论和应用两方面对空水冷却工艺进行分析和论证,为油田注水系统应用高压变频器的长期稳定运行提供了借鉴。 The application of high voltage frequency converters in the oilfield water injection system can save lots of power and equipment maintenance costs.In order to use the device more reasonably,and reduce production and operation costs,a skid-mounted air-water cooling high voltage frequency conversion speed regulating device is designed and applied.The cooling water provided by the water injection station is used to cool the skid-mounted prefabricated house and the high voltage frequency converter,so that the temperature inside the prefabricated house is achieved within 0℃~40℃.The device solves the problems that the high voltage frequency converter cannot be installed because of the lim-ited indoor space of the old water injection station in the oilfield,and the equipment cannot operate in the outdoor stable for a long time due to the large temperature difference between winter and summer in the Daqing area,and high wind speed with a lot of dust and flying catkins.Since 2003,No.2 Oil Production Plant has successively adopted the air-water cooling process to cool 5 skid-mounted high voltage frequency conversion speed regulating devices,with ideal effect and the devices running stably.Two of them have been running stably for 19 years with little maintenance costs.The air-water cooling technology is analyzed and demonstrated from both theory and application,which provides a reference for the long-term stable operation of high voltage frequency converter in the oilfield water injection system.
