扶余油层某区块效益建产地面建设模式探讨

摘要 近年来油田新开发区块逐渐出现开发对象差、储量接替难、地面依托差及建设环境差等特点,尤其是扶余油层砂体层数多且规模小、油层零散不连续、井区分布面积大,常规开发方式已无法实现经济有效动用,效益建产困难。坚持以经济效益为中心,以外围油田扶余油层某区块产能建设为例,对地面建设模式进行优化简化:优化地面井位,常规布井与大平台布井对比优选;优化初期投产方式,采用拉油罐拉油方式;优化集输流程,混输集油工艺与掺水集油工艺对比优选;统一规划,充分利用已建系统负荷,控制新建、扩建规模,减少地面系统建设工程量,节省建设投资和运行费用。针对外围油田面积大,产能规模增长快,人员严重缺少,采用数字化技术,减少用工人数,降低生产管理难度。通过优化简化措施,实现效益建产,可为今后开发性质类似的区块提供参考经验。 In recent years,the newly developed blocks of oilfields have gradually shown the characteristics of poor development targets,difficulty in replacing reserves,poor ground support,and poor construction environment.Especially,there are many sand bodies in the Fuyu Oil Layer,with smallscale,scattered and discontinuous oil layers,and large well area distribution.Conventional development methods have been unable to achieve economical and effective utilization,and it is difficult to build beneficial construction and production.Adhering to the economic benefits as the center,taking the production capacity construction of a block in the Fuyu Oil Layer of the peripheral oilfield as an example to optimize and simplify the surface construction mode:the surface well location is optimized,the conventional well layout and the large platform well layout are compared and optimized.The initial production method is optimized,and the oil tank pulling method is adopted.The gathering and transportation process is optimized,the mixed transportation oil gathering process and the water-mixing oil gathering process are compared and optimized.The planning is unified,the existing system load is fully utilized,the scale of new construction and expansion is controlled,the amount of construction work of the surface system is reduced,the construction investment and the operating costs are saved.In view of the large area of peripheral oilfields,the rapid growth of production capacity,and the serious shortage of personnel,digital technology is adopted to reduce the number of employees and the difficulty of production management.Through optimizing and simplifying measures,benefit construction and production is realized,and it can provide a reference experience for developing similar blocks in the future.
