新时代边疆地区中华民族共同体建设探析

On the Construction of the community of Chinese Nation in Frontier Regions in China in the New Era

中华民族形成于漫长历史过程,觉醒于近代中国内忧外患的危机时刻,在不同的历史时期,孕育出差异性的民族发展需求,因此必须在历史与现实的统一中把握其特定和具体的内涵。新时代,边疆地区应结合当前治理实践的重大问题,充分考量中华民族丰宏的现实阶段性存在,赋予不断生长的内涵延伸,立足于中国特色社会主义的建构范式,从历史上命运与共,经济上互补互利互惠,政治上统一稳定,文化上共有精神家园,族际关系上和谐发展,安全上共同守卫的多层意义结构,积极主动建构中华民族共同体,最终真正铸牢与之相适应的中华民族共同体意识,为有力维护中华民族共同体的根本利益提供基础和保证。

The formation of Chinese nation underwent a long historical process,enlightened in the crisis of domestic trouble and foreign invasion in modern China,Chinese nation took on differential needs for national development in different historical periods.Therefore,the concept Chinese nation,its specific and concrete connotation should be reelucidated in the unification of history and reality.In the new era,frontier regions,considering the key practical issues in the present governance,enrich and widen the connotation of the growth of Chinese nation,by taking full account of the reality of Chinese nation.On the basis of the construction of the paradigm of socialism with Chinese characteristics,efforts must be made to actively forge the community of Chinese nation in light of the common destiny from the historical perspective,the mutual economic benefits,the political unity and stability,the cultural shared spiritual home,the inter-ethnic harmonious development,and the joint security guard.In the end,a corresponding sense of the community of Chinese nation is forged,which will be fundamental to the guarantee of the basic interest of the community of Chinese nation.
