户籍差异视角下流动人口的住房成本和影响因素

Housing Cost and Determinants of Floating Population Based on the Perspective of the Differences of Household Registration

利用2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,从户籍差异视角定量分析中国流动人口的住房成本及其影响因素,并运用Oaxaca-Blinder分解法考察各因素对流动人口住房成本户籍差异的贡献。研究发现:总体上城城流动人口住房成本高于乡城流动人口,并且受乡城流动人口循环流动及城城流动人口流入地城镇偏向生计策略的影响,两类流动人口在流入地的住房成本在职业类型、住房性质和不同城市间出现了较为明显的分化。模型及分解结果显示,多数变量对两类流动人口群体住房成本的影响性质相同,而住房性质则是形成乡城和城城流动人口住房成本差异的主导贡献因素,城市特征和职业类型亦是重要贡献因素。

Using data from the China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS)in 2017,this paper quantitatively analyzes the difference of housing cost and determinants between rural-urban floating population and urban-urban floating population,and applies Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition to examine the contribution of various determinants to the difference of household registration of floating population s housing cost.The study found that,on the whole,the housing cost of urban-urban floating population was higher than that of rural-urban floating population,but affected by the binary-locational household arrangements of rural-urban floating population and the urban-oriented livelihood strategy of urban-urban floating population,the housing costs of the two groups of floating population in the destination urban areas obviously differentiated among career types,housing types and cities.The model and decomposition results show that most variables have the same impact on the housing costs of the two floating population groups.However,the housing type is the leading factor contributing to the housing cost differences between rural-urban floating population and urban-urban floating population,and urban characteristics and career type are also important contributing factors.
