摘要 2022年贵州省发生了继2013年特大干旱以来最严重的干旱灾害。为探究贵州省干旱灾害防治对策,通过总结2022年贵州省雨水情等特点,分析旱情演变发展趋势及其特征,立足于贵州省防旱抗旱实践,结合干旱灾害应对措施,探讨防旱抗旱的薄弱环节,有针对性地提出完善抗旱体系建设、强化旱情监测预警和调度等干旱灾害防御建议。研究成果可为今后贵州省干旱灾害防治提供参考。 In 2022,Guizhou Province experienced the most severe drought since the extreme drought in 2013.In order to explore the prevention and control measures of drought disaster in Guizhou province,this paper analyzed the evolution and development trend of drought and its characteristics by summarizing the features of rain conditions in 2022.Based on the practice of drought prevention and relief in Guizhou Province and combined with the measures of drought relief in Guizhou province,this paper discussed the weak links of drought prevention and relief,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions on improving the construction of drought relief system,strengthening drought monitoring,early warning and dispatching,so as to provide reference for the future drought relief work in Guizhou Province.
